The current blueprint covers Learning Operations and Revenue Operations partially but has significant gaps in Delivery Operations, multi-tenant extensibility, AI as a cross-cutting layer, and complete commercial operations. 7 architectural adjustments and 16 new entities are recommended before implementation planning can begin. The Release 1 Entity Schema Freeze is preserved — all adjustments are delivered through new entities.
Next Steps
Upon approval of this validation review, the Release 2 Architecture Blueprint will be updated to incorporate the 7 architectural adjustments and 16 new entities identified. The updated blueprint will then enter the implementation planning phase. No implementation work is authorized at this time.
