Architecture Governance & Operational Standards

This document extends the Implementation Planning Package with 6 additional deliverables (8-13) that introduce enterprise-level operational standards. These additions reduce technical debt, improve long-term scalability, and establish a permanent governance framework for all future Release 2 development.

Final Planning Complete

The Architecture Governance & Operational Standards document is complete. This is the final planning activity before Wave 1 implementation. Upon approval, implementation authorization begins with Wave 1A – Learning Foundation only. All 13 deliverables are documented, the R1 Entity Schema Freeze is preserved, and the governance principles are established as the permanent architectural reference.
